Teller - Roseville

TruStone Financial has a Full Time Teller opening at our Roseville Branch. This position is responsible for welcoming members into the branch and provides friendly, helpful service that promotes financial discipline. Accurately and efficiently processes a variety of routine financial inquiries, transactions, and service requests. Secures credit union assets, balances transactions, and completes necessary reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pass the pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • One year of previous experience interacting with people or serving customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cash handling.
  • Knowledge of negotiable instruments.
  • Previous experience with achieving member satisfaction goals.

Hours for this position are:
Monday – Friday 9:45 am to 6:15 pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45 am to 12:15 pm.

Receptionist - Plymouth

TruStone Financial Federal Credit Union has a full time opening for a Receptionist at our Plymouth Administrative Office.  This person will be responsible for greeting and directing members and visitors, providing basic information to telephone callers, completing assigned clerical duties, handling incoming mail, outgoing mail and deliveries, and providing back-up telephone and clerical support to designated departments.

Qualified candidates will have 6 months to 1 year related experience in a customer service position in retail or banking industry, excellent communication skills, a professional image and clear prominent speaking voice. Must be organized, able to prioritize assignments for various departments, have professional telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Branch Manager I - Minneapolis

Responsible for leading, planning and directing branch operations. Enhancing the Sales and Service culture by providing exceptional member service through coaching and mentoring.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Supervises the daily workflow of a motivated branch team that provides exceptional service and makes sound decisions through coaching, role-modeling, and holding staff accountable.
  • Trains all branch staff on interpersonal skills. Teaches branch staff to identify member opportunities for financial improvement, communicate recommendations, and provide support.
  • Implements, maintains, and trains operational regulations, policies, procedures, and standards to maximize accuracy and efficiency.
  • Makes decisions and follows policies and procedures for the safe-keeping of credit union personnel, assets, and facilities.
  • Utilizes expert knowledge to underwrite and close consumer loans following established underwriting criteria and lending policies and procedures. Teaches members to use the loan to improve their financial well-being and provides any ongoing correspondence. Accurately and efficiently prepares loan documents.
  • Monitors expenditures according to an annual branch budget.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pass the pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Bachelor´s Degree in a related field or an equivalent level of knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through work experience.
  • Two years of previous experience as a Loan Officer or two years of equivalent related management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience coaching and motivating a team.
